Job Features and Functions
- Produces a NAICS-based file for import into the Industry Area Data Analysis Tool program (IADAT)
- File is 3-, 4-, and 6-digit NAICS detail by County
- No parameters are set on ES2N
- Year and quarter are entered on the C-List when submitting the job
- The job can be run for a single quarter as specified on the C-List or for a yearly average
- For a single quarter file, enter YY1, YY2, YY3 or YY4 on C-List
- For a yearly file, enter YY5 on C-List
Job 244R produces a quarterly or annual IADAT (Industry Area Data Analysis Tool) File for download to a PC. This job uses the Macro Files as the source of information for the file. The data in the file are 3, 4, & 6 digit NAICS detail by county.
The IADAT file can be created for a single quarter or for a calendar year. Yearly data include average units and employment data and Total Wage data. No parameters exist in the ES2N screen. Time periods are specified on the CLIST when submitting the job (i.e. YY1, 2, 3, or 4 for quarterly data, or YY5 for annual data). The file name includes the time period requested.
