This is a general LMI function menu. Unlike the rest of the exportable system, this menu screen was originally designed to be modifiable by the State to include other LMI functions such as CES, Occupational Demand Supply, etc. Yet such flexibility does not extend to the Service Center States, since the same menu must be used for all States, and the other programs are not available at DMA and the data (for instance, ACES) are not available to EXPO/EARS at all.
The items on the menu are cursor sensitive, so system menus can be selected by cursor placement. Moving the cursor next to the desired system’s name and pressing the Enter key selects that system. Initially, two entries are listed on the menu; the first is the EXPO-QCEW system itself, and the second is for the EARS system, which accompanies EXPO. The SESA ID of an employer may be either entered here, or carried along to and from other transactions. Entry of the account and RUN fields requires no leading zeroes.
Definition: The SESA ID is a combination of U-I Account Number and Reporting Unit Number (RUN), used to uniquely identify each establishment.
