The rest of the data would be loaded into the files as noted; however any field that is loaded with question-marks ("?") would have that field treated as unchanged by the program, since this is the ARS-Web equivalent of low-values in the IMT File. This file originates with the National Office; it should not have any field that contains spaces, unless that field was intended to be blanked out. |
