Refiling Output Data File Data Set Name: EAR.JOB107D.DATAn ('n' = number 1 to 9 for parameter set number) Service Center DSN: YBUssR.A145.JOB107D.DATAn ('ss' = State FIPS, 'n' = number 1 to 9 for parameter set number) Type of File: Sequential File Layout: EARRFDT This file is the optional file-type data output that can be produced by the Refiling Selection system in Job 107D. It was added in Version 9 as the result of a State suggestion, providing an alternative to the standard report output. Since up to nine parameter sets can be processed in a single 107D job run, each potential output file must carry a unique name; hence, the sequence number of the parameter set (1 through 9) is applied to the end of the data set name. These files can then be FTP'd to a PC or a server for further analysis and processing. Whenever a later 107D job run is enacted, the previous files will be wiped out; it is therefore necessary that whatever external processing that is required be conducted immediately following the 107D job run. | ||||||
