TRS Eligible Deliverable File Data Set Name: EAR.CENCO.JOB111A.BLS.FILE Service Center DSN: YBUssX.A145.CENCO.JOB111A.BLS.FILE ('ss' = State FIPS code) Type of File: Sequential File Layout: EARTRS This deliverable is prepared by Job 111A to list the single-establishment employers that are eligible for Touchtone-Response-System (TRS) processing. The fields in the record are space-delimited, so they can be more readily processed into a PC application. The TRS-Eligible deliverable is created at the time accounts from the Refiling File are selected for TRS eligibility. The CMI codes are assigned to the Refiling File records at the same time. The updated Refiling File must be written out to its VSAM equivalent following the creation of the deliverable. The TRS Eligible File serves as the universal "Clearing House" for BLS in forwarding employer responses to the State so that the phone bank data may be represented in the Refiling File as well. These updates will be handled through a separate TRS Load file with 30-byte records. This file (described on the next file) is sent to the State by EUS Direct, or on SunGard as a "CENCO" file. That file is processed by Job 108D. |
