Second Month Employment / Wage Record Comparison Check - Code 194
This edit is identical to Code 193, except that it uses the second month’s employment rather than the first month in comparison with the WRC. It uses the same preconditions as the other employment-to-WRC edits (WRC needs to be a positive numeric value for a non-worksite, experience-rated firm, surpassing minimum employment requirement). For qualifying records, the edit is written as:
This will only flag the second month employment that is significantly larger than the wage record count. The edit message for this exception is “Second Month Employment > Wage Record Count.” BLS classification: C.4.9.
