PK004
This is a 2-digit value for the Maximum Estimation Increase Percentage; units are percentages. A value of 40 represents a 40% increase. The value of this field may be larger than that of PK003 due to the nature of percentages. For example, a 30% increase or decrease limit would say that employment could be allowed to drop from 100 to 72 (a 28% decrease), but that it could not be allowed to rise from 72 back to 100 (a 39% increase). This field is used in estimations to limit the oscillation of non-seasonal account estimates. Look for IncMax in Appendix D for more information on its usage.
