Here is the Zip Code, Phone Number Employment Cutoff parameter, a 6-digit value which acts as a determining factor as to whether zip code format and phone number format errors will be included in the standard Micro Edit report. If an account has an average monthly employment (AME) at or below this cutoff level, it will not be printed on the edit report for a zip code format error or for a phone number format error. This tolerance is used in edit numbers 104, 105, 108, 111, 112, and 114. Each of these edits will be described in this appendix. The BLS default for this field is 99 (appearing as 000099). Though the cutoff level can be reduced, it cannot be increased beyond this limit.
