Like the PK005 value this 6-digit parameter is a print cut-off employment level, identified as the EIN, Predecessor/Successor, and Physical Address Employment Cutoff. However, most of its uses have been transferred to other editing constants. It is now only used for predecessor/successor account format editing (edit codes 066 and 067). The EIN cutoff now resides with PK066; another AME cutoff for long-term, missing EIN’s is found in PK062; both of these are described later. When an establishment’s employment falls below this parameter, it will not be noted in the micro edit report even when it contains an inconsistent format of the predecessor or successor SESA ID. This becomes a moot point, however, since BLS has set a default value of zero (shown as 000000) for this parameter.
