PK013
This is a 2-digit value representing the First Employment Percentage Change Tolerance, for establishments showing 6 or more months of reported employment values over the past year. The assumption is that an establishment with a nearly full year of reported employment should have less month-to-month fluctuation than one with a sparse reporting history. Therefore this is a tighter tolerance than the PK014 parameter to follow. The BLS-established default value for PK013 is 10%. This percentage can be reduced to tighten tolerances, but cannot be increased above the 10% level.
