This 6-digit value is the Wage Cutoff for the Liable Account Edit, given in dollar units. This parameter works with the employment cutoff value (PK009) as a pre-selection for establishments that can be flagged for having reported data prior to the date of initial liability, or after the end-of-liability date (edit codes 124 and 125). If the total wages exceed this parameter, and the average monthly employment exceeds the PK009 parameter, an inactive account with non-zero reported data can be flagged as an edit exception. The BLS default for this parameter is $25,000. A lower value can be used to make the edit more restrictive, but no value higher than the default should be utilized.
