This 6-digit parameter, the Supplemental AQW Edit Minimum Wage Difference tolerance, completes the supplemental edit to inter-quarter AQW difference checking. It is used to ensure that the edited AQW field is off by a significant amount in order for the supplemental edit to kick in. Otherwise, this edit could flag minuscule wage differences when the edited value happens to be the lowest of the past year. The BLS default value is $3,000. This setting should not be altered without first consulting with your BLS Regional Office.
