This is the Large Multi Breakout/Consolidation AME Cutoff parameter, a 6-digit value that compliments PK063. These distinguish the severity of a questionable employment shift in breakouts or consolidations. Those surpassing this PK064 level are more significant than the ones only exceeding PK063, even though the edit code is higher numbered. These conditions are explained in the Multi-Balance Edit portion of this appendix. BLS documentation for the edits showed some contradiction in the expected value of this parameter, so it may be adjusted at a later time. BLS uses a default of 1000 for this parameter. Although the value may be decreased, it cannot exceed the BLS limit.
