This is the No Employer Name Employment Cutoff, with a 6-digit value to limit, to some extent, the number of employers that will be identified with edit code 072 (both legal and trade name blank) error condition. BLS has established the default value of this parameter to be 3 (three) employees. The value can be diminished even farther if establishments with very low employment are to be checked for name absence. A higher value than the default requires BLS authorization.
