The Employment Change Limit for Level 7 of Edit 091/126 was added for Version 8.2 as a special case for employment editing. The field represents the largest change permitted between the last month of the previous quarter and the first month of the edited quarter. It was incorporated to trap first-month employment edits that could be falsely flagged. See Edit 126 description for more information. BLS has set a default of 500 employment for this parameter. It may be diminished by the State, but no larger value may be substituted.
