Email and Fax Phone (for Email (“E”) Record Type) (IMAT-EMAIL)

This section of the record presents a combination of the email address and the facsimile machine phone number of the employer. Merged, they take up 70 bytes of the IMAT record, found in positions 198 - 267. The individual fields making up this group are described individually below. Together, they are placed into the Email/Fax record of the Micro Auxiliary File, a record that is designated by an “E” record type code.
