Job 124D - Load the Non-Response File

Earj124d.png

The 124D job is set up for processing in the 2017 NAICS revision only; it therefore is now obsolete. The parameters that are shared next will only be used in the 2016-2017 revision. There are a series of Yes/No questions (which appear as “Y” or “N), with a single six-digit employment level. The parameters are:

1. Include Response Code Zero (Y/N) - As with the other switches in this parameter, this is a “Yes” or “No” option (signified by the single letter “Y” or “N”). This option selects or de-selects a response code of zero (where the account has not yet been selected for mailing at all).

2. Include Response Code One (Y/N) - This option determines whether a response code of ‘1’ will be selected or not. This would be an account that had been selected for first-quarter processing.

3. Include Response Code Two (Y/N) - This option determines whether a response code of ‘2’ will be selected or not. This would be an account that had been selected for second-quarter processing.

4. Include Response Code Three (Y/N) - This option determines whether a response code of ‘3’ will be selected or not. This would be an account that had been selected for third-quarter processing.

5. Include Response Code Four (Y/N) - This option determines whether a response code of ‘4’ will be selected or not. This would be an account that had been selected for fourth-quarter processing.

6. Month 3 Employment Level - If selected, this is the minimum employment level used for selection of an employer. As stated in the sample parameters, the zero value would mean there is no minimum for selection.

7. Include MEEI One (Y/N) - This option specifies whether the MEEI ‘1’ will be selected or not. This denotes single accounts.

8. Include MEEI Two (Y/N) - This option specifies whether the MEEI ‘2’ will be selected or not. This denotes master accounts.

9. Include MEEI Three (Y/N) - This option specifies whether the MEEI ‘3’ will be selected or not. This denotes regular worksite records.

10. Include MEEI Four (Y/N) - This option specifies whether the MEEI ‘4’ will be selected or not. This denotes master accounts that are treated as singles, due to the refusal of the employer to provide worksite-level detail.

11. Include MEEI Five (Y/N) - This option specifies whether the MEEI ‘5’ will be selected or not. This denotes ‘composite’ worksites that are aggregated worksites, such as county-level totals.

12. Include MEEI Six (Y/N) - This option specifies whether the MEEI ‘6’ will be selected or not. This denotes master accounts that are treated as singles, due to insufficient employment at the secondary level (e.g., there are fewer than 10 people that belong to subsidiary worksites, other than the main location).

The 124D job is shown as an on-demand job. It should, however, not be used after the 2016-2017 NAICS refiling, which would include the 2017 NAICS revision.
