EARUT18

EARUT18 updates the Average Monthly Employment (AME) field and the response code for OOB records on the Refiling File. Current quarter Micro data is used (for AME, prior quarter is used when > zero because prior quarter employment should be much more stable than current quarter).

This program will be used in the 105D and 106 series jobs, to update AME before printing forms and Summary Management Report.
