Micro File, in the same way used by ES2MI01 (IMT) and ES2MI24 (MWRT) do in their respective updates. The IGT records will be developed by the National Office of BLS and distributed in the same manner as the CENCO MWRT and TRS Files are sent currently. Micro record data updates occur as rewrites in random sequence.
