ES2UT44 processes IGT (Input Geocoding Transaction) File records to match addresses against physical location data, found in the Micro File. Differences are noted as detail-line entries in a report, with underscores for new characters added and strike-through text for older characters removed. This is set up as a test project for three States to check the effectiveness of address standardization at the National Office.
