ES2MI08
ES2MI08 produces the Focused Error-Scoring Targeted Error Report (FESTER), which weights various factors to list those accounts with the most significant edit exceptions. Scores and principal sort criterion are listed along with appropriate error-related data. This program draws data from the ES2UT28 program, which reads the Micro Edit File. This process does not perform any true edits, but resorts them only.
