Job ES2J021C - Single-Quarter EQUI File - For Data Sharing (CIPSEA-Compliant)

Job Features and Functions
- Creates CIPSEA-compliant 1060-byte EQUI file for active micro records or Micro Archive records for a specified quarter
- Includes active single and worksite records (No Masters)
- The output file has no header or trailer records. It includes single and multi-subunit records. No status 2 or 9 records. No MEEI 4 for multi worksite records and no non-subject records.
- Used for BLS program applications and other data users
The 021C job mirrors the 021D job’s functions. However, it produces a CIPSEA-compliant (“fuzzied”) EQUI file for a single quarter, in a 1060-byte format record. It reads the Micro File and/or the Micro Archive File to retrieve data. Included are single and worksite records, but no masters. Suppressed (“fuzzied”) fields include:
- CES indicator
- ARS response code
- ARS refile year
- ARS verify year
- MWR mail indicator
- Agent Code
- NSTA code
- First month employment
- First month employment indicator
- Second month employment
- Second month employment indicator
- Third month employment
- Third month employment indicator
- All three comment codes
- Narrative comment
- Date PLA changed
- Geocoding software
- Geocoding source
- Address contact source
- ARS third party agent
- Email address
