ES2UT25 - CCS File Production Program
ES2UT25 creates the Code Change Supplement (CCS) File from Micro File data, rather than the EARS standard of Refiling File-based processing. This was a version 5 developmental requirement from BLS, as all fields involved are in Micro.

- Output Files: Code Change Supplement File, CCS for Job 242D File
