ES2UT38
ES2UT38 produces a file of delinquent multi-worksite families. Delinquency may be interpreted as non-reported or missing by program parameter. Delinquency of the worksite records is pre-checked by the ES2UT01 program. This sets a flag to denote delinquency. Missing status is presumed by zero employment and wage sums. A file is created and sorted by account digits from the Lookup File, then passed to ES2MI04 for printing.
