ES2UT08 - Alpha Locator File Creation Program
ES2UT08 creates the initial Alpha Locator File, which is later sorted to create the indexed file for use in the ES2S transaction, displaying accounts alphabetically by legal or trade name. This enables the searching of establishments on ES2S so they can be found on-line by their name or EIN.
