Job Features and Functions

Produces customized CIPSEA-compliant micro report as specified in ES2N parameter(s)
Data for report comes from Micro File and/or Micro Archive File
Individual parameters can be saved under separate request ID’s
Option for firm list or name and address report
Option for a micro sequential data file output; or detailed micro report
File includes geographic data
There is an option for a group file, that can be viewed in ES2Z
There is also an option for label output; at DMA, this is always a file
Labels parameters require ‘R’ output-file for download is automatically produced
Possible 9 parameters; there is an ABEND code of 0001 appears when short of 9; this is okay
For group selection, if a master account is specified in group file with spaces in Reporting Unit, the entire family selected
Inactive records displayed on report show data underlined

The 020C job mirrors the functions of the 020D job, except that data is “fuzzied” to become CIPSEA-compliant.
