Job Features and Functions
- Creates 1060-byte EQUI file for active micro records for a specified quarter
- Includes active single, master, and worksite records
- Used for OES and other general applications
- No CIPSEA rules are applied to the file generated
Job 021O produces a standard EQUI file in a 1060-byte format. This file is intended for use by the Occupational Employment Statistics (OES) group, and does not include CIPSEA-compliant data (i.e. it contains full micro-level details for a specific quarter).
Only active master, single, and worksite records are written to the file. OES applications require this EQUI file as input. Unlike the standard EQUI process in Job 011D, this file will not have any update records for older quarters. It still has a header and trailer record and appears like a regular EQUI deliverable file, but only for a single quarter, and only for active records. This job requires the user to specify the Micro File year/quarter to be written to the file.
