Job Features and Functions
- Creates 1166- or 1190-byte EQUI file for active micro records for a specified quarter
- Includes active single, master, and worksite records (Status 1 only)
- Used for in-state applications
- Output file includes township code, if township State
Job 021S outputs an EQUI in the newer 1166-byte format for a single quarter, with predecessor/successor data held in a separate file and the parameters drawn from Job 021D. This job can be helpful for those States that perform extra analysis with EQUI data in the extended format.
Only active records are written to the file. Several CES applications require this EQUI file as input. Unlike the standard EQUI process in Job 011D, this file will not have any update records for older quarters. It still has a header and trailer record and thus appears like a regular EQUI deliverable file, but only for a single quarter and only for active records. The job requires the user to specify the Micro File year/quarter that is to be written to the file.
