Job Features and Functions
- Creates report with counts of Micro File records in a variety of categories, as determined by the National Office (NO)
- Automatically creates a file for Regional Office
Job 029D produces a variety of Flash (quick) Reports. 029D produces a variety of reports that show counts of Micro File records in several categories. They are management type reports that show, for example:
- Total record counts
- How many records exist on the micro file in each MEEI code
- The number of records with a predecessor or successor
- Records with specific NAICS codes
- Records with non-zero NAICS codes
- Records with valid county codes
- Records by ownership codes
- Records by auxiliary codes
- Records by date type
- Records in current refiling year by response code
- Records in a CES sample
- Records reported by the EDI center
- Records by special indicator code
- Records by reporting change indicator code
- Records by agent code
- Records by employment and wage indicator code
- Records with various types of addresses
- Records with code changes
