Job 029D - Produce the BLS “Flash” Report
The 029D job is used to prepare the Flash Report, a series of tables showing record counts by various categorizations. The Flash Report is also produced automatically as part of the EQUI deliverable production in Job 011D; however, this job produces the Flash Report on its own for on-demand processing. Only one parameter is used, as shown below.
1. Year/Qtr for Flash Report Data - This is the year/quarter (‘yyq’ format) from which to draw micro data. The report has a single-quarter basis; all other quarters’ data are ignored in the formation of this report.
This job may be run at any time. However, since the EQUI production includes this report as well, the 029D job is rarely called upon for special processing.
