Job Features and Functions
- Reads an MWR Web-site confirmed reporter file
- Sets or updates the quarterly data source flag on Micro File with ‘W’
- Updates masters and worksite accounts with a ‘W’
- Produces a report of updated accounts
Job 037D begins the process of MWR web-based collection by reading in a list of U-I account numbers considered by BLS to be potentially eligible candidates for web-based MWR solicitation. Micro and MOA File data are loaded to a specialized extract file that is forwarded to BLS for further consideration. Once BLS has made their final selections, a new U-I accounts list is sent back to the State; this is processed by Job 038D, which has a history data set sent to the BLS Regional Office.
Job 037D updates Micro File source flags with ‘W’ for confirmed MWR-Web reporters. It uses a confirmed MWR-Web site registry file provided by BLS to update the data source flag. Job 037D updates both master and worksite accounts.
