ES2MI17
ES2MI17 compares two quarters on the Micro File, specified by parameters. Changes to county (except out of 9XX), ownership, auxiliary, and township codes are noted. These changes are reconciled against EARS refiling entries (option 1) or simply reported (option 2). If the reconciliation option finds a micro change not found on the Refiling File, the discrepancy is noted in the comparisons report.
