ES2MI31
ES2MI31 produces a report of FESTER base scores beyond the given cutoff limit for any quarter covered by EQUI processing (in a Job 011D run). Base scores are summed from employment and wage components by quarter. Those accounts with comment codes receive a downward adjustment to the score, rather than being removed from consideration in case the comment code is obsolete or incomplete (such as an account with a typo error, etc.).
