Job ES2J001R - Shift Micro File Quarters (No IMT, Edit, Estimate)

- Archives the oldest quarter on Micro File
The 001R job is an optional job to shift the quarters in the Micro File. Under normal circumstances, 001Q is used to shift the quarters. 001R is to be used when the State does not wish to bring in new micro file data and no edits or estimations are desired. It can be used when a need exists only to shift the quarters on the Micro File. 001R optionally archives the oldest quarter prior to the shift.
Because 001R bypasses the IMT process, edit, and estimation procedures, it runs significantly faster than 001Q.
