Job ES2J012E - Create File to Print MWR Forms Off-Site

Job Features and Functions
- Creates MWR form file for initial and subsequent mailings
- Excludes MWR WEB reporters
- Uses 012D Job parameters, to select multi families from Micro for MWR
Job 012E performs the same functions as 012D, except it can be used to write the MWR forms to disk for printing on a State’s mainframe printer. Selected data from the Micro File is merged with the form information, to create a file to print the MWR (the ES2UT12 program merges the data file with the MWR form). The data file output type is selected on the Service Center C-List.
Job 012E uses the 012D job parameters. It is designed for use by Service Center States that want to print the MWR forms in-State, on their own laser printers. The output files can be downloaded via FTP. In total, seven files are generated (and used by the ES2UT12 program in the form merge process).
This is a very rare case, since it requires an abundance of State-specific processing of the data to produce the forms locally. Other methods are better automated.
