EARUT20 checks for Micro data where there is a 17/1 NAICS code present that it is looking for, but blank in the Refiling File's new NAICS code (whether the old NAICS code is one that is used for processing the 2017 revisions). This program is only needed for 2017/1 processing; thereafter, it can be removed from the 121D batch job stream.
